Reservations
To assure adequate service, reservations should be made with the club sufficiently in advance to permit the staff to make necessary preparations. All functions must be sponsored by a member.
Special Parties
Arrangements must be made with the General Manager for a member to have a special party. Food, beverage, etc. will be furnished by the Club and charged to the member. At no time, however will a member be given exclusive rights to the Clubhouse and its facilities, such as the Lounge. Any special consideration must be approved by the Board of Directors, by mail or personal appearance.
Guarantees are required 48 hours before each party with no percentage flexibility. The guaranteed number will be the amount charged for, unless a higher number attends the function. A 15% service charge will be added to all special parties
