Charter Member- (30 available)
Membership Fee: $28,500
This limited membership gives you access to all amenities offered by the club. This membership is non-refundable and pays no annual dues or food minimum. Charter members will be entitled to special membership benefits as determined by the club. Charter members must be 21 years of age to apply for membership. Charter may be transferred to an immediate family member for half of the membership fee. Upon approval of the application a check for $30,765.75 is required to join.
Proprietary Member
Membership Fee: $600
Stock members will have access to all amenities offered by the club. This membership is non-refundable and requires the purchase of a $500 non-refundable stock certificate. Stock members must 21 years of age. Monthly dues are $225 per month with a food minimum of $120/quarter plus tax and $25/month improvement fund fee. Upon approval of the application a check for $1457.33 is required to join.
Proprietary Single Member
Membership Fee: $600
Single stock members will have access to all amenities offered by the club. This membership is non-refundable and requires the member to be at least 40 years of age. Single stock members must 21 years of age. Monthly dues are $170 per month with a food minimum of $90/quarter plus tax and $25/month improvement fund fee. Upon approval of the application a check for $858.20 is required to join. A voting certificate is optional for a $500 non-refundable investment plus tax. A check for $1,397.95 will be needed to join with this option.
Business Member
Membership Fee: $600
Business members shall have access to all amenities offered by the club. Each business shall make a $500 certificate investment, designating one person to have voting privileges. This entitles the business to engage 5 persons as members, each being responsible to pay monthly dues, and the quarterly food minimum. Monthly dues are $225 per month with a food minimum of $120/quarter plus tax and $25/month improvement fund fee. Upon approval of the application a check for $1457.33 is required to join.
Non-Resident Member
Membership Fee: $300
Associate members shall have access to all amenities offered by the club excluding voting privileges. The member and spouse’s residence and employment must reside out of Ford County. Associate member dues are $187 per month and a food minimum of $80/ quarter plus tax and $25/month improvement fund fee. Upon approval of the application a check for $552.70 is required to join.
Junior Member
Membership Fee: $300
Junior members shall have access to all amenities offered by the club. To be eligible for a junior member you must be between 30 and 35 years of age. Upon the first event of junior member or spouse of junior member reaching their 35th birthday, a $500 non refundable stock certificate must be purchased and they assume and pay the current stock members dues and minimums. Junior membership dues are $145 per month with a food minimum of $120/quarter plus tax and a $25 improvement fund fee. Upon approval of the application a check for $507.37 is required to join.
Junior One Member
Membership Fee: $200
Junior one member shall have access to all amenities offered by the club. To be eligible for a junior one membership you must be between 21 and 30 years of age. Upon the first event of junior one member or spouse of junior one member reaching their 30th birthday, the member will be automatically reclassified to the junior member category. Junior one member dues are $75 per month with a food minimum of $60/quarter plus tax and a $25 improvement fund fee. Upon approval of the application a check for $323.85 is required to join.
Junior Two Member
Membership Fee: $100
Junior two members shall have access to all amenities offered by the club. To be eligible for a junior two membership you must be single and between 21 and 30 years of age. Upon the first event of marriage or reaching their 30th birthday, the member will be automatically reclassified to the junior one member category. Junior two member dues are $53 per month with a food minimum of $45/quarter plus tax and a $25 improvement fund fee. Upon approval of the application a check for $192.15 is required to join.
Preferred Dining Member
Membership Fee: $300
Preferred Dining members shall have access to clubhouse only. Preferred dining members do have access to other amenities for a fee. Golf will be charge at current green fee rate, swimming at $50/month and tennis at $15/month. Preferred Dining members must be 21 years of age. Preferred Dining member dues are $75 per month plus a food minimum of $210 per quarter plus tax and a $25 improvement fund fee. Upon approval of the application a check for $431.80 is required to join.
Preferred Single Dining Member
Membership Fee: $300
Preferred Single Dining members shall have access to clubhouse only. Preferred single dining members do have access to other amenities for a fee. Golf will be charge at current green fee rate, swimming at $50/month and tennis at $15/month. Preferred Single Dining members must be 21 years of age. Preferred Single dining member dues are $75 per month plus a food minimum of $135 per quarter plus tax and a $25 improvement fund fee. Upon approval of the application a check for $431.80 is required to join.
Social Member
Membership Fee: $600
Social members shall have access to clubhouse, and pool areas only. Social member privileges do include three (3) rounds of golf per year. Also the social may choose to add tennis to their privileges for $15/month. Social members must be 21 years of age. Social dues are $115 per month without tennis plus a food minimum of $120 per quarter plus tax and a $25 improvement fund fee. Upon approval of the application a check for $798.83 is required to join.
Clergy Membership- (10 available)
Membership Fee: $200
Clergy membership shall have access to clubhouse only. Clergy members must be employed by a church or religious organization. Upon approval from the Board the Clergy membership dues are $65/month plus a food minimum of $180 per quarter plus tax and a $25 improvement fund fee. Upon approval a check for $313.06 is required to join.
6-month Non-Resident dining only Membership
Membership Fee: $200
This membership is restricted to anyone that owns a second residence out of the state of Kansas. Dues for this membership are $140/month plus a food minimum of $75 per month plus tax and a $25 improvement fund fee. This membership pays dues and food minimum for 6 consecutive months. Upon approval a check for $394.03 is required to join.
All guests of members will be charged full fees of service with the exception of those guests qualifying as House Guests under the following guidelines.
- A House Guests is an immediate family member (Mother, Father, Son, Daughter, Son-in-law, and Grandchildren who are still in school) of either Member or Spouse, whose residence and business is more than fifty miles from Dodge City.
- Only three (3) guests shall qualify as a House Guest per day. A House Guest participating in any activities more than three days may play, but fees will apply.
- Golf- $25.00 green fee plus cart rental
- Swimming- $1.50 per day
- Tennis- $3.00 per day
- Only Full Proprietary Members shall qualify for the House Guest policy.
- All House Guests must be registered before play. Violators may be charged a full green fee.
