Rules and Regulations For Club House and Guests
Attire

Members, members of their families, guests and visitors are expected to be in attire appropriate to the various club facilities. Appropriate attire shall mean clean, presentable clothing in good condition and not offensive to other members of the club.

The management shall have authority to inform and ask anyone to leave the club if deemed not dressed properly. Be proud of you club and dress accordingly.

  1. Male members and guest(s) shall wear collared shirts in the dining room. Tee-shirts are not allowed in the dining room. Members and guests may wear slacks or golf shorts of mid-thigh length and denim will be allowed.
  2. Shoes, sandals, or appropriate footwear shall be worn at all times in the clubhouse, except the locker rooms.
  3. Spikes are not allowed on Club property.
  4. Cap, casual headwear and short shorts are prohibited in the dining room. Jacket preferred on Saturday evening, but no required.
  5. Swimmers will wear cover-ups and shoes when entering the clubhouse and are allowed in lounge and locker room areas only.

Car Parking

Cars should be parked properly, please observe the markings. Parking on approach roads, obstruction of driveways or walkways is prohibited.

Charges & Indeptedness

  1. Food, beverage and miscellaneous tickets must be signed by member, or members family for each purchase. Charge only basis. In order to facilitate the keeping of accounts, it is requested that all indebtedness of members be paid by bank checks.
  2. Minimum Usage Fee- Each member of whatever category, will be required to spend a quarterly food and beverage minimum. If a member does not spend the required minimum, the difference will be charged.
  3. Your membership number and signature must appear on all tickets.
  4. If any property of the club is damaged or destroyed by any member or their guest, or any member of their families, the amount of the loss caused thereby will be included in the member's account.
  5. No cash will be accepted for any Club services, unless prior arrangements have been made throught Management, for a special function.
  6. Members must sign tickets when ordering food and/or beverage using their Club membership number as well as their signature. Guests of members must use the members account for any charges incurred.
  7. Food and beverage charges must be charged through a members account or through a reciprocal account with another Private Club.
  8. All functions must be sponsored by a member of Dodge City Country Club or a Respectable Club. All charges incurred will be charged through the sponsoring members account, and credited when payment is made. All charges made will ultimately be the responsibility of the member.
